Specialized Diagnostic and Therapeutic Approach in Childhood Cancers
Childhood cancers arise from the uncontrolled proliferation of cells, may affect various organs and tissues, and can spread through the circulatory system. Although relatively rare, pediatric malignancies can be treated with high success rates when diagnosed early and managed with appropriate protocols. In our country, approximately 3,000 children are newly diagnosed with cancer each year, making pediatric cancers a significant health concern.
Our Pediatric Oncology Department at LÖSANTE Hospital provides comprehensive care for patients under 18 years of age in both outpatient and inpatient settings, offering a holistic approach that includes diagnosis, treatment planning, therapy administration, and long-term follow-up.
